Susan Reardon Galante has over 25 years of experience in the fitness, nutrition and wellness space.

She specializes in Women’s Health with a focus in Prenatal, Postpartum, Hormonal issues such as weight gain, visceral belly fat and cortisol regulation.

Additionally, Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CEC), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), 200 RYT Yoga Instructor, Pre-Natal/Post Partum Trainer, Neuromuscular Facilitated Stretching and Myofascial Release Specialist.

Susan is also an AADP Holistic Health Coach, IIN Certified Nutrition & Health Coach and a mentor to aspiring trainers and health coaches.

Susan splits her time between Boston and her second location in South Florida working with clients. She offers virtual training to keep her clients working hard.
